The promise of the rapture as part of our salvation package is not an unequivocal certainty that every Christian will be a part of it. Healing is also part of our salvation package, yet not every Christian is healed. Any aspect of our package is manifested by what we do in response to the promise. It takes our partnering with God by our believing and our actions of faith to see the fulfillment.
